• sites containing pornography, sexually suggestive content, sex-related material or sexual services, including sites linking to pornographic content;
• sites involving hacking, warez, cracks, viruses, worms, Trojans or other illegal software;
• gambling sites of any kind;
• sites involving downloads, MP3 files, software, video and voice clips, or online music, whether legal or illegal, including files using other extensions to evade these restrictions;
• infringement of trademarks, copyright or intellectual property belonging to other people or groups anywhere in the world;
• threats, fraud, false information, obscene material or drugs;
• websites offering free or paid public email services, image or file-upload services of any kind;
• free or paid hosting or web space for the public;
• websites that damage the Provider's reputation;
• or unauthorized distribution of the Provider's resources to the public, including email, web space or databases. Such resources are permitted only for activities related to the website itself, as interpreted solely at the Provider's discretion.

The Provider does not supply software or script development services and reserves the right not to answer general questions about writing or using scripts. Relevant study links may be provided instead. Support is limited to Web Hosting questions. The Provider's primary responsibility is to maintain its hosting servers so that the advertised hosting features remain available.

Commercial mass emailing or "spamming" is prohibited in every case. This includes unsolicited email advertising, unsolicited newsgroup messages, commercial email using nonexistent return addresses, chain messages intended to generate large numbers of replies, and repeatedly sending identical messages to others. Detection may result in immediate termination without refund or advance notice.

Misuse of system resources includes using scripts or programs that consume CPU or storage excessively, or continuously using mail services, forwarding, POP3 accounts or autoresponders to send requests to other servers on the Internet, known as an "Attack Server". Customers who violate this rule agree to face claims for damages from the Provider and affected server owners in the relevant countries. The original terms describe these claims and offenses as falling under international Internet law, with claims for damages starting at USD 30,000.

The Provider disclaims responsibility for customer activities that violate Thai or international law or disrupt the nation, religion, monarchy or society in any country. Service for the domain may be stopped immediately without refund, and the Provider may pursue damages at its initial discretion.

The Provider disclaims responsibility for website data loss, equipment failure or force majeure. Although the original terms describe weekly backups, complete and accurate recovery cannot be guaranteed. Customers should always retain at least one independent backup.

Customers who cancel or downgrade before the end of their contract cannot claim a refund, in part or in full, except where the Provider itself cancels service and offers an appropriate refund.

Infected website files, email files and database files may be deleted automatically without notice.

If service fees or other charges are not paid on time, the Provider may suspend service without prior notice.

If a server is damaged and data cannot be recovered for any reason, any refund will not exceed the value of the product or service purchased.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend service without advance notice when storage or traffic quotas are exceeded or the contract expires.
