Receipts and tax invoices

  • If you have not received your receipt or tax invoice within 2 weeks, please contact our team immediately.
  • The company reserves the right to decline requests for retroactive receipts or tax invoices.
  • For payments with withholding tax, receipts or tax invoices are sent after we receive the withholding tax certificate.

Withholding tax 3%

Corporate customers paying service fees of THB 1,000 or more may withhold 3% tax using the following details.
